Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals
• Ensure consistent delivery of referral-worthy customer experiences
• Balance leadership with strategic business decision-making
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
• Advocate for team members to enhance individual and collective performance
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers

Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager
• Prior supervisory experience, including selection and hiring, team training, coaching, and budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including:
  • Fair Housing laws and regulations
  • Building and grounds maintenance
  • Resident relations
  • Leasing and rent collection
  • Eviction procedures
  • Accounting principles
  • Property safety
  • Use of property management and accounting software
• Strong understanding of bottom-line financials and balancing income and expenses for optimal results
• Occasional travel required
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged
