Responsibilities

• Lead, communicate, coach, mentor, and train your team to create referral-worthy customer experiences.
• Balance team leadership with business strategy, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for your team to enhance individual performance and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience in selection, hiring, team training, coaching, and budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices, including Fair Housing laws, maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management software.
• Strong understanding of balancing income and expenses to ensure optimal results.
• Occasional travel required.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology is strongly encouraged.
