Property Manager - Residential Community | Orlando, FL

Rent Prosper is a locally owned and operated Orlando property management company. We manage single-family rentals and multifamily residential communities across Central Florida. Our owners work alongside the team daily, making decisions quickly without corporate delays.

About the role

We have an immediate opening for a proven Property Manager to lead a residential community of under 200 units in the Orlando area. You'll be the person running the show—handling day-to-day operations, resident relationships, leasing, and partnering with your Maintenance Supervisor. This property is part of a growing portfolio, offering real room for career growth. A key perk: the HOA handles all exterior building maintenance, grounds, and amenities, allowing you to focus on residents and your team.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and keep them happy
• Lease vacant units from first contact through move-in
• Oversee work orders and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor
• Manage vendors and keep projects on track
• Maintain accurate records, lease files, and financial reporting in Yardi
• Work professionally alongside the HOA
• Participate in weekly check-ins and reporting to the Regional Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Community Manager at a residential apartment or condo community
• Solid working knowledge of Yardi
• Strong leasing and retention skills
• Experience managing vendors and working with a maintenance team
• Comfortable collaborating with an HOA in a professional manner
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment background and driving record check
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead independently without micromanagement

• Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

Pay
