Property Manager, Multifamily

About the role

The Havenly Supersition is seeking a Property Manager to oversee and maintain its multifamily communities, ensuring high levels of service and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth running of the community
• Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.
• Providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects
• Completing lease/renewal paperwork to meet company standards
• Tracking and evaluating advertising and client traffic
• Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team
• Driving revenues with thorough understanding of competition and creative marketing programs
• Maintaining a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up
• Managing and maintaining all aspects of the community budget and finances
• Working with leasing staff to ensure leasing/marketing goals are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Real Estate License preferred
• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 3+ years of Management experience

Compensation

$68,000.00 - $80,000.00

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel.

Physical Demands
