About the role

JLL is seeking a Property Manager to join their growing Industrial Property Management team in San Diego. The position involves managing a portfolio of industrial properties, focusing on maximizing NOI and asset value.

Responsibilities

  • Property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations
  • Supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections
  • Annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting
  • Leading team and providing outstanding customer service to clients
  • Preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing staff
  • Communicating effectively with building owners and tenants to maintain successful relationships
  • Creating strategic and collaborative solutions
  • Managing industry-changing properties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience, preferably in one of the following: office, retail, industrial, healthcare
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other financial reports
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
  • CA Real Estate License required within 120 days
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI
