Primary Responsibilities
- Serving as a role model for KCM's core values and culture.
- Implementing sales, marketing, and operational strategies to achieve targeted occupancy and customer retention goals.
- Managing the property's financial performance effectively.
- Generating accurate and timely financial and operational reports.
- Maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with all stakeholders.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive marketplace.
- Collaborating with consumer marketing to implement effective marketing strategies.
- Ensuring consistent guest satisfaction, resulting in outstanding customer ratings and positive community reviews.
- Working on weekends to assist potential residents.
- Fostering the professional growth and development of all team members.
- Assisting team members with any task, regardless of position.
What You Bring To Us
- A high school degree, with a college degree or some college education preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries.
- A strong leadership track record.
- An impeccable client and customer relationship track record.
- Experience with revenue, budget, and P&L management.
- A basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A sharp professional appearance.
