About the role
The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) seeks a Property Manager to oversee a wide variety of supervisory and technical tasks. This is a candidate-pool posting and may be for a term-limited position with an estimated end date.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including both tax credit and subsidized rental housing
- Engage with residents, community partners, and support community building activities
- Provide oversight of inspection of community facilities and grounds
- Manage lease enforcement actions
- Aid in the development and implementation of procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Social Services, Human Services, Public Administration, or related fields
- May substitute an additional four years of directly relevant experience
- Five years of experience in residential property management
- Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record
