Property Manager - High-Rise Condominium

Lead the on-site operation of an assigned property, ensuring company objectives are met through effective management of cross-departmental relationships and collaboration with Regional Directors and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide management and leadership to the property and its team while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Act as a liaison to deliver quality service, meet Board expectations, and resolve resident questions or problems promptly.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the association contract and ensure all obligations are fulfilled.
  • Initiate contact with new residents and conduct regular site inspections to identify deficiencies and recommend action plans.
  • Oversee construction projects and property maintenance, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
  • Manage and upload information to the company portal, including work orders, meeting minutes, and Monthly Management Reports.
  • Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff; ensure proper coverage and assist in problem resolution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Florida state certification and licensure for Community Association Management (CAM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organization, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Knowledge of Florida Statutes and community documents.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs following safety procedures.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.).

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call availability for emergencies.
