Property Manager (Condo Co-Op HOA)

About the role

Our client is a large property management company looking for a condominium property manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with tenants, landlords, and owners
• Attend Board Meetings
• Manage Multiple Properties
• Handle inspections
• Meet with the Board of Directors

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience working with Boards of Community Associations
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and follow up effectively
• Prior experience overseeing community governance, financial management, and property maintenance

Pay

Base Salary $85000-$90000
