Property Manager – Columbus, OH | $80K Incentives

Smartland is looking for an experienced, results‑driven Property Manager to lead a 120+ unit residential portfolio in Columbus, Ohio. This leadership position focuses on driving strong occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and team performance while protecting and growing portfolio value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold leasing and maintenance teams accountable.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and collections performance.
• Oversee unit turns and maintenance operations.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Build strong resident relationships and improve retention.
• Identify issues quickly and take action to improve results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience managing leasing and maintenance teams.
• Strong understanding of budgets, KPIs, and property performance.
• Organized, decisive, and results‑oriented.

Schedule

Monday–Friday with occasional evenings/weekends.

Compensation

Base salary of $80,000 with performance incentives that can bring total compensation to $100,000 or more.
