Property Manager at Raleigh Scholls

About the role

Raleigh Scholls Apartments is seeking a Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and landlord/tenant statutes, and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Administer the property's operations, including advertising, leasing, and maintenance
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll and commission submissions
• Prepare and submit financial reports and renewals
• Engage with residents and address their needs
• Manage the property's budget and collections
• Train and supervise administrative and maintenance staff
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
• At least 1 year of experience in staff supervision
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and CRM systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and resolve conflicts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

Competitive hourly pay range of $32.00-$32.00

Monthly phone allowance of $50.00

Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm
