Join Our Team as a Full-Time Property Manager! Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Property Manager in Dallas, TX to lead the operations of our apartment community. Compensation & Benefits This position offers competitive pay starting at $35,000 per year, depending on property size. Developing and executing competitive marketing and leasing strategies
Leading a proactive resident retention plan with strong customer service
Managing budgets, financial records, deposits, and safeguarding property funds
Ensuring lease documents, reports, and procedures are completed accurately and on time
Collaborating with your Regional Manager on supplies, staffing, and risk management
Hiring, training, and developing team members
Overseeing maintenance projects and ensuring safety standards are met
Maintaining the property's curb appeal and overall condition
Property Manager Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of multifamily residential property management/supervisory experience
- Service industry experience
- Experience with One-Site software
- Ability to work scheduled hours, be on-call, and work overtime or weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license

Work Schedule
- This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, which may include weekends and occasional overtime.
Pay Range
This position offers competitive pay starting at $35,000 per year, depending on property size. The pay range is $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
