Overview
Anchor Property Management is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to join their growing team in Stafford, Texas. They specialize in turnkey single-family property management throughout the Houston Metropolitan Market and are committed to delivering exceptional service to both property owners and residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily management of single-family residential properties
- Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors
- Coordination of maintenance requests, repairs, and property inspections
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations
- Management of lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Maintenance of property performance and occupancy goals
- Maintenance of accurate records using property management software
- Preparation and communication of property updates to ownership
- Delivery of exceptional customer service and conflict resolution when needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of property management or related industry experience
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal property management regulations
- Experience using property management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Single-family residential property management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously
