About the role
Responsible for managing and maintaining commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property value.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
- Manage tenant relations and lease agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase property value and attract new tenants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
- Proven track record of successful property management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
