About the role
As a premier owner and manager of residential properties, PLK Communities specializes in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of high quality apartment communities. Currently, we are in search of an experienced, energetic full-time Property Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the operational and financial aspects of the residential apartment community
- Manages the leasing and maintenance teams
- Handles collections
- Drives revenue enhancement
- Prepares reporting
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
- Monitors leasing performance
- Oversees financial statements and revenue
- Manages expenses and occupancy goals
Requirements
- Requires 3‑5 years of recent experience in a Property Management leadership role and leasing experience
- Possesses exemplary customer service
- Excellent leadership ability
