Property Manager 1 fte (40 uur/week)
About the role
As Property Manager, you are responsible for the technical management, maintenance and operation of a designated portfolio of buildings, installations and infrastructure at Brightlands Chemelot Campus. You ensure that the buildings and facilities are safe, reliable and readily available for the campus users. You work closely with tenants, suppliers and colleagues within the Building Services team and contribute to high-quality service delivery and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively align tenant expectations and wishes regarding the service offering on the technical management, maintenance and operation of the campus.
- Monitor the quality of buildings and technical installations, signal faults and ensure necessary actions are defined, implemented and followed up.
- Tackle tenant requests and requests related to expansions, transfers and modifications to building-bound installations and construction works.
- Oversee the execution of contracts, SLAs and KPIs with tenants and suppliers on the hard services.
- Create annual budgets for building-bound maintenance, management and operation and monitor progress and realization.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and coordinate additional building-related works stemming from contracts, in coordination with tenants and users.
- Advise requested and unrequested on technical issues and possible improvements.
- Ensure proper administrative processing of issued tasks in the FMIS.
- Evaluate supplier performance, ensure agreed-upon agreements are fulfilled and intervene in close collaboration with the Manager Building Services.
Requirements
You have a completed HBO education, preferably in the field of installation technology, mechanical engineering or real estate and property management. You have several years of relevant working experience in an environment focused on technical management, maintenance and operation. Experience in an industrial environment, such as laboratories, clean rooms, high-tech production locations or organizations within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector is preferred. Experience in complex and regulated environments is a plus. You have affinity with building-bound installations and insight into their impact on the building climate, continuity of business processes and user experience. You are capable of translating the impact of technical issues into suitable solutions for customers and users. You have planning insight, organizational skills and affinity with IT systems. You are proactive, customer-oriented and know how to prioritize effectively, even when the dynamics are high. You communicate easily at various levels and build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
