Property Management Technician

About the role

Build your career in early childhood education as a valued member of our team at BrightPath Kids. This role involves total site maintenance and management for up to 15 locations within the Cincinnati Metro Area.

Responsibilities

  • Light construction and maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing (most common), electrical, painting, flooring, pest treatment, and general repairs
  • Small appliance troubleshooting and repair (e.g., refrigerators, dishwashers)
  • Exterior space maintenance and vendor management, including playgrounds
  • Work order management for internal requests
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and monitor their performance and contractual obligations
  • Support centers through audits, regulatory visits, initiatives, compliance violations, and fleet compliance

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in facilities disciplines and total site responsibilities
  • Budget-minded and customer service-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to stay updated on new processes and systems
  • Flexibility to complete tasks outside normal business hours when needed
  • Proficiency in functional written and oral English
