Property Management Specialist, Mid
About the role
Maintain responsibility for managing day-to-day logistics and operations, including reconciliation of government property through inventories, tracking, and maintenance of installation property and government-furnished equipment. Assist clients with balancing resources, requirements, goals, and objectives. Maintain responsibility for administrative duties that support warehouse operations, including tracking and receiving inventory or property, documenting and tracking information in DPAS and the Property Book management system. Lead the collaboration and input for CDRL development. Continuously explore process improvements in all facets of property administration. Complete other miscellaneous tasks, as required, to support the mission.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate or participate in customer meetings or conference calls, as needed.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with government property management and property accountability.
- Experience working in remote locations.
- Experience with the Defense Property Accounting System, Installation Property Book and Inventory List) management, DD1149 processing, and DD1428 or disposal processing.
- Experience working in or managing databases using tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and PGI regulations and government installation property.
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work independently and effectively interact with all property stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time to austere locations in South Asia.
Qualifications
- Secret clearance.
- High school diploma or GED.
Skills
- Nice if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in OCONUS property or project management.
- Experience working with a team of contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, within a contractual environment, including Quality Control measures and Safety Standards.
- Knowledge of DPAS Property Accountability Module, and Property Administrator training.
- Ability to de-conflict and manage competing requirements.
- Ability to gather, consolidate, and organize strategic requirements.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all stakeholders ranging from contractors to client senior management.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings. Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
