Job Duties/Scope Of Work

Performing property management duties related to the acquisition, marking and tagging, use, control, accountability, physical inventory, storage, and disposition of materials and equipment.

Applying a strong understanding of, and special emphasis on, the control of sensitive and high-risk property items.

Entering data into the property management system and demonstrating the ability to read, understand, and follow a wide range of procedures and requirements.

Training and monitoring the performance of organizational property custodians and representatives in field organizations.

Carrying out compliance-related tasks in accordance with federal and contractual property management regulations.

Supporting, through cross-training as needed, Facility Management functions related to general-purpose government-owned facilities and the CPCCo Fleet Department.

Demonstrating strong communication and computer skills.

Working effectively in a variety of field conditions throughout the year.

Basic Qualifications

  • Intermediate Grade 15: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Career Level Grade 16: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 or more years of relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Qualified in the management and control of high-risk and sensitive property.
  • Experience with applicable property management regulations, asset management systems, procedures, and processes.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected annualized pay range based on full-time schedule (40 hours per week): Intermediate Grade 15: $81,500 - $114,100 Career Level Grade 16: $81,500 - $125,250

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
