Property Manager

About the role

Alden Park is seeking a multi-family community manager with property management experience to oversee operations and ensure the community runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate the property staff
• Manage the community's revenue and expenses to meet budget and financial guidelines
• Maintain accurate resident records, post rent, deposits, and fees, and handle A/P functions
• Follow all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents
• Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure physical property standards are met
• Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure they are completed
• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents and assisting with concerns
• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Industry software experience (YARDI, On Site, etc.)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Flexible schedule including weekends required
