Successful Candidate Profile

• Property Manager (Senior, Area, or Regional)
• Multi-site management experience
• Strong understanding of conventional/market-rate multifamily markets
• Demonstrated people management skills
• Familiarity with AppFolio (plus)
• Familiarity with Section 8 and subsidy programs (could be helpful)
• Assistant Property Managers
• Leasing or property management administration experience
• Leasing Agents
• Strong customer service or sales background

Work Requirements

• Must have an active driver’s license
• Must have an insured vehicle
• Must be able to navigate stairs and uneven terrain
• Must be able to transport up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to work on a computer for a full day
