We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, grounds, buildings, and equipment across the resort property are well-maintained and functional. Key Duties Include Performing litter and snow removal to maintain a clean and safe environmentConducting lawn care and landscaping tasksCompleting work orders efficiently and accuratelyMoving furnishings and performing light carpentry and plumbing repairsSetting up and maintaining event center features such as air walls and bleachers Qualifications And Skills Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditionsBasic carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesPhysical capability to perform manual labor and lift/move objects as needed
