MAINTENANCE WORKER

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Maintenance Worker at The Cypress Creek Juvenile Correction Center in Lecanto, FL. Cypress Creek is a residential commitment program located in Citrus County Florida. It serves high-risk and max-risk youth ages 15 to 21. The goal of the program is to provide services utilize evident-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment and supervision. After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. As a Maintenance worker, you will have the unique opportunity to create a positive, safe and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.
Pay
$19.00 per Hour. Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%, 4%, or 6%).

Schedule
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week with a designated schedule, possibility of a varied schedule and overtime.
Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma
- Prior building maintenance experience preferred (general building maintenance, minor electrical, painting, door handwear, minor plumbing, drains, etc.)
