Routine Maintenance
- Cut, trim, police, sweep grounds and parking areas
- Maintain and repair plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and other facilities and equipment
- Clean windows and screens
- Replace burned out light bulbs (exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights)
- Service heating and cooling units/systems
- Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks
General Plant and Facility Maintenance
- Maintain plant and facility in good repair
- Create a safe, clean, and orderly environment
Other Duties
- Maintain maintenance supplies in work areas
- Assist others in lifting heavy equipment, supplies, etc.
- Perform other related duties as directed
