About the role

Our Membership Community, Powder Haven is seeking a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to support the care and maintenance of private luxury homes within the community. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, communication, and attention to detail while working in and around our members' homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular home checks and preventative maintenance.
• Execute minor repairs and hot tub service.
• Prepare properties for seasonal changes.
• Conduct snow removal as needed.
• Provide general property maintenance and upkeep.
• Work independently while contributing to a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive and detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Professionalism and discretion when working in members' homes.
• Experience with property maintenance, repairs, and seasonal preparedness preferred.
