About the role

Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for maintenance needs and document findings
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and plumbing repairs
- Handle emergency repairs as needed
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate with residents regarding property conditions and maintenance schedules
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Knowledge of common home repair techniques
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
