Responsibilities

• Handle residential unit turnovers, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general mechanical maintenance.
• Use our mobile software to track work orders and upload before-and-after photo documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building trades, construction, or property maintenance.
• Strong comfort level with residential building systems and utilizing smartphone apps.
• Valid driver’s license and a personal truck or van capable of hauling building materials.
• High school diploma/GED and a customer-focused, professional mindset.
• Able to climb stairs, inspect roofs, and safely operate hand/power tools.
• Able to pass criminal background and drug screens.
