Property Maintenance Technician | $22-$26/hr. + Quarterly Bonus

Pay

$23 - $26/hr + bonus. Annual pay potential: $55k.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects
• Knowledge in HVAC
• Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
• Completion of apartment turns, including:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Drywall repair
  • Painting
  • Appliance repair/replacement
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical problems
• Responding to on-call emergency service requests as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager
• Assisting in maintaining property curb appeal through daily exterior maintenance
• Performing housekeeping duties and snow removal as needed
• Maintaining pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in hotel or multifamily housing preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge
• Strong experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting
• High school diploma or GED
