Property Maintenance Technician | $22-$26/hr. + Quarterly Bonus

About the role

Village Green is expanding in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join the property management team. The company has a 100‑year history and offers opportunities for growth in the apartment industry.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects
• Knowledge in HVAC systems
• Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
• Completion of apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair/replacement
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer‑service‑oriented manner
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical problems
• Responding to on‑call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, ensuring timely and professional resolution
• Assisting in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to ensure clean and acceptable curb appeal
• Performing housekeeping duties as required, including snow removal during winter months when needed
• Performing property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas, if applicable

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge
• Strong experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting
• High school diploma or GED

Pay
