About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join the Property Maintenance Team at Hotel Earl, Charlevoix’s premier boutique hotel. This is a year-round, benefits-eligible position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement. Availability to work both weekdays and weekends is required. Prior experience in a hotel maintenance role is preferred, but we are open to considering strong candidates with relevant skills and an interest in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Performing minor repairs, painting, drywalling, and light carpentry.
- Conducting pool and spa maintenance.
- Addressing general maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.
Pay
Starting pay of $22/hour, with the potential to earn more based on experience.
