This is a Part-Time to Full-Time | Entry-Level | Hands-On Field Work position based in Norfolk, VA.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Start your day by prepping and cleaning your HomeSmiles service van, restocking tools and equipment
• Use your mobile tablet to check your route and scheduled appointments
• Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
• Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
• Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed
• Perform services in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in operating pressure washing systems, installing gutter systems, inspecting HVAC or tank/tankless water heaters and minor plumbing/electrical tasks
• Prior experience in sales, door-to-door canvassing, or customer-facing service roles with proven ability to upsell
• OSHA or trade certifications are a plus
• Military or veteran experience highly valued
