The position is a full‑time role focused on property maintenance and zoning services for municipal clients in the Central Region. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, enjoys problem solving, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and flexibility in prioritizing workload. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and related software is required. Experience in property maintenance, zoning, home inspections, or residential construction is a plus, and the company will provide training and support for additional certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret site/plot plans and specifications and enforce local ordinances as required.
  • Review zoning applications, conduct inspections as necessary, act on applications, and issue zoning permits.
  • Review and process municipal and zoning hearing applications and attend meetings as needed.
  • Conduct initial site observations, prepare and issue notices regarding violations of local ordinances.
  • Maintain records and track projects through completion.
  • Prepare, file, and prosecute non‑traffic citations at multiple levels of the judicial system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and a willingness to continue training.
  • ICC/PA UCC certifications or a background in construction with the intent to pursue certifications once hired (commercial certifications preferred).
  • Current, valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Proven, effective communication skills and ability to work remotely with limited supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with Isett associates and clients.
