Property Grounds Maintenance Laborer

Job Type Full-time Description Breezy Point Resort has an immediate opening for a Property Ground Maintenance Laborer to join our team!! You will be responsible for completing work orders, maintaining the gardens, and outdoor landscapes. You will ensure the cleanliness of outdoor facilities, pruning, weeding and maintaining area landscapes. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. Requirements Landscapes and maintains groundsPerforms scheduled trimming, light lawn mowing, weeding, tree & shrub pruning, repair and reseeding of damaged lawn areasPlants and maintains trees, shrubs and flowersRakes and disposes of leaves and other yard wasteKeeps grounds free of litterMaintains pump houses and water softeners and performs routine checks on the irrigation systemsInteracts with homeowners, HOA Community Managers and the Association of the Board of DirectorsResponsible for overall maintenance and physical appearance of our clients' HOA communitiesMust complete work orders in a timely fashionMust have some experience in lawn care and landscapingKnowledge of plants, and maintenance of landscapesFollows all proper safety procedures as established by OSHA and maintains a safe work environment Qualifications Must have a valid driver's licenseAbility to handle a physical workloadMust be willing to pass a background screeningBe familiar with tools and equipment to perform the work for this jobMust be a self starter, work independently, detail orientated Salary Description $17.00
