Property Consultant (Dubai Based)
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and ambitious people in Houston who are ready to build a career in the Dubai property market. Whether you are new to real estate or an experienced agent, this role offers a strong platform, professional training, and ongoing support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximize property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
- Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments, and available inventory
- Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and marketing activities
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
- Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off-plan properties
- Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactions
- Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process
Requirements
- Currently based in Houston (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
- Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or real estate
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Financial stability is essential (commission-based role, 6 months of savings recommended)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Driving license preferred, as you will need one in Dubai

Pay
Genuine potential to earn USD 1,000,000+ per year (commission only).
