Property Consultant (Dubai Based)

About the role

We are looking for motivated and ambitious people in New York who are ready to build a career in the Dubai property market. Whether you are new to real estate or an experienced agent, this role offers a strong platform, professional training, and ongoing support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory
• Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
• Advises clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off-plan properties
• Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactions
• Aid with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process
• Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximize property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties

Requirements

• Currently based in New York (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate
• Highly motivated, disciplined and target-oriented
• Financial stability is essential (commission-based role, 6 months of savings recommended)
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Driving license preferred, as you will need one in Dubai

Pay

Commission structure (50-70%) paid daily
