About the role
The Property/Community Manager oversees the daily operations and financial performance of HUD-assisted and/or LIHTC communities serving elderly and disabled residents, ensuring full regulatory compliance, effective team leadership, positive resident relations, and successful leasing and occupancy while coordinating with regulatory agencies, service providers, and ownership to meet program and organizational goals.

- Maintain positive resident relations
- Manage successful leasing and occupancy
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies, service providers, and ownership to meet program and organizational goals
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school and two years of experience as a Community Manager
- Valid Driver’s License with access to a registered and insured vehicle
- Real Estate License must be obtained within 9 months of employment
- Must be a Certified Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist (HUD), or equivalent within 18 months of hire
Qualifications
- Certified Assisted Housing Manager, Certified Tax Credit Specialist is preferred

Starting Pay: $27.00/hour - $30.00/hour; Depending on experience
