Property and Casualty Insurance Associate – Sales/Telesales (Remote)

About the role

We’re hiring Property and Casualty Insurance Advisors to grow a fulfilling career centered around cultivating strong relationships. In this role, you’ll provide accurate and timely responses to a variety of calls, including travel insurance coverage questions. You’ll discover the root cause behind a caller’s interest in travel insurance and align their needs with the appropriate product.

Responsibilities

• Provide full attention and understand customer needs by asking clarifying questions.
• Communicate information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Resolve service issues and complaints with independence, leveraging problem-solving skills.
• Assess customer needs, meet quality service standards, and evaluate customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork: assist others, adapt to team goals, build relationships, train peers, and support managers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Available Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–7:15 PM EST.
• Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license.
• Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook.
• 1 year of experience in a call center.
• 1 year of experience in a sales-related role or a role with sales aspects.

Pay

$20.00 per hour + up to $800 per month in additional earnings, totaling up to $24.61 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, remote position (must live and remain working in the USA).
