Property Ambassador, Part Time

Responsibilities

• Contact sales prospects via phone, email, and mail who have a longer-term buying timeline
• Inform prospects of news and information about Reynolds Lake Oconee
• Ascertain the current level of interest of the prospect and determine next steps based on communications
• Work with Database Manager to ensure workload requirements and smooth departmental operations
• Assist with special departmental projects
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maintain system and data integrity

Requirements

• Reynolds Lake Oconee property owner preferred
• Superior communication and conversation skills
• Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems
• Good organizational skills
