Responsibilities
- Enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Contract Management.
- Support customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
- Oversee manual inventory and data entry to the property database of record ensuring discrepancies are corrected and asset records are accurate.
- Control and document assets through the life cycle of receiving, barcoding, tracking movement of assets and disposition of assigned equipment/material.
- Document moves and update/track movement of assets between facilities.
- Run reports to assess and maintain consumable stock levels completing equipment reorders as required.
- Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
- Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Comprise logistics analyst and technician to be part of a team of Property Administration professionals focused on supporting the customer's mission at the largest site in the customer's enterprise.
- Perform the full spectrum of duties associated with shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance.
- Able to account for annual inventory of thousands of accountable items, working with security and government logistics managers for disposition.
- Able to assist other work centers to identify and satisfy their logistics requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to track multiple logistics tasking through established and evolving policy a must.
- Participates in special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- Experience: 2+ years of related experience
- Technical skills: Must have MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills. Proficient in creating, modifying, and organizing spreadsheets with large line items. Proficient in database entry, maintenance, and quality control.
- Security Clearance Level: Must hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Location: On Customer Site
