Responsibilities

  • Enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Contract Management.
  • Support customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
  • Oversee manual inventory and data entry to the property database of record ensuring discrepancies are corrected and asset records are accurate.
  • Control and document assets through the life cycle of receiving, barcoding, tracking movement of assets and disposition of assigned equipment/material.
  • Document moves and update/track movement of assets between facilities.
  • Run reports to assess and maintain consumable stock levels completing equipment reorders as required.
  • Manage equipment movement between facilities.
  • Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
  • Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Comprise logistics analyst and technician to be part of a team of Property Administration professionals focused on supporting the customer's mission at the largest site in the customer's enterprise.
  • Perform the full spectrum of duties associated with shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance.
  • Able to account for annual inventory of thousands of accountable items, working with security and government logistics managers for disposition.
  • Able to assist other work centers to identify and satisfy their logistics requirements.
  • Attention to detail and ability to track multiple logistics tasking through established and evolving policy a must.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience
  • Technical skills: Must have MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills. Proficient in creating, modifying, and organizing spreadsheets with large line items. Proficient in database entry, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Security Clearance Level: Must hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Location: On Customer Site
  • US Citizenship Required

Pay

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $67,150.00 - $90,850.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Schedule

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Travel Required: Less than 10%

Telecommuting Options: Onsite Work Location: USA VA Springfield
