Primary Responsibilities

  • Aid the Property Manager in managing the daily operations of the assigned portfolio.
  • Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Property Manager.
  • Handle filing paperwork as needed; draft lease termination and write-off forms as required; establish and maintain digital vendor files; generate aging reports monthly.
  • Receive and input work order requests into the system.
  • Keep track of and input into the system all Certificates of Insurance for vendors, tenants, and clients.
  • Create and manage Service Contracts for vendor services.
  • Schedule building activities such as move-ins/move-outs and verify insurance coverage.
  • Support the management team in organizing and executing tenant events.
  • Maintain trackers for Certificates of Insurance, Service Contracts, and Tenant’s HVAC agreements for assigned properties.
  • Assist with accounts payable by accurately inputting, verifying backups, and coding invoices according to the approved budget into the payables system and forwarding them to the Property Manager for approval.
  • Support accounts receivable by reviewing accounts receivable monthly and assisting with the preparation of late notices and default notices.
  • Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience is advantageous.
    • An attention to detail is essential.
    • Basic accounting skills and knowledge are required.
    • Strong mathematical aptitude is beneficial.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
    • Outstanding customer service skills are crucial.
    • Good organizational skills are important.
    • A desire and ambition to learn and grow within Stream’s property management department.
