About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property maintenance, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and coordinating with tenants.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
  • Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance requests and repairs
  • Coordinate with contractors for timely completion of projects
  • Document all maintenance activities and communicate with management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of property management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with property management software
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
