About the role
The Property Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of property management including maintenance, tenant relations, budgeting, and compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update property records and databases
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely repairs
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints
- Prepare and manage monthly budgets and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for service requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
