  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting environments
    • Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting best practices
    • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing tools
    • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in property management, real estate, facilities, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, or similar systems
  • Knowledge of lease administration and property management processes
  • Experience working with commercial or residential properties
  • Familiarity with accounts payable, invoicing, and reporting functions
