Property Administrator
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for a variety of positions and skill levels
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Able to manage multiple openings and prioritize competing deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting environments
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing tools
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in property management, real estate, facilities, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, or similar systems
- Knowledge of lease administration and property management processes
- Experience working with commercial or residential properties
- Familiarity with accounts payable, invoicing, and reporting functions
