Key Responsibilities
- Tenant Relations: Cultivate positive tenant relationships through proactive communication, conflict resolution, and superior customer service.
- Property Operations: Support day-to-day operations to ensure maintenance, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Lease Administration: Oversee lease documents, including coordination with tenants and lease compliance.
- Financial Management: Oversee property budgets and monitor financial performance, including rent collection and expense management.
- Invoice Processing: Work with accounting, tenants, and vendors to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting property management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, operating expenses, and associated invoices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Building Engines) preferred.
