About the role

Founded in 1996, Stream Realty Partners is a fast‑growing, full‑service commercial real‑estate firm headquartered in Dallas, TX, operating nationwide across office, industrial, retail, healthcare, land, and data‑center markets. The Property Administrator provides first‑class property management services and assists the Property Management team with day‑to‑day operations of commercial properties, including accounts receivable & payable, office administration, customer service, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, verify, and code all invoices in the payables system, then forward to the Property Manager for approval.
  • Review accounts receivable monthly, prepare late and default notices.
  • Assist the Property Manager with preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  • Support day‑to‑day operation of the assigned portfolio.
  • Answer the main telephone line, screen calls, deliver messages, greet guests, and handle deliveries/packages.
  • Receive and enter work order requests into the system.
  • Maintain, track, and input Certificates of Insurance for vendors, tenants, and clients.
  • Prepare, compile, and facilitate creation and execution of service contracts for vendor services.
  • Schedule building activities such as move‑ins and move‑outs, verifying insurance.
  • Assist in planning and executing tenant events with the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge.
  • Mathematical aptitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Desire and ambition to learn and grow in Stream’s property‑management department.
