This role sits within the Property Management job function, where you will operate buildings on behalf of a client or group, providing advanced customer service support to tenants and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Assist management with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, communicating with tenants, preparing expense reports, coordinating room set-up for meetings, monitoring work order systems, and ensuring requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases; verify all are up to date and in compliance with company and client policies.
- Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests.
- Help with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Submit invoices for payment and creation of purchase orders.
- Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in your work area; evaluate and choose solutions from established options.
- Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.
- Follow standardized procedures and practices; receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all digital systems and integration systems.
- Ensure adherence of service providers to contractual obligations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function.
- Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), organizational skills, and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills; ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously while applying critical thinking.
- Sound organizational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually (or $26.44 to $31.25 per hour). Compensation for a successful candidate will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
