Property Administrator
About The Role
As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing advanced customer service support to tenants and vendors. This job is within the Property Management job function. You will operate buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You'll Do
- Aid management with various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, communicating with tenants, preparing expense reports, scheduling meetings, filing, and copying.
- Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with company policies.
- Work with Building Technicians and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items, open, coordinate, and monitor the status of work assigned to vendors.
- Review internal lease administration documents like lease abstracts as directed, overseeing lease setup, changes, and reporting.
- Prepare tenant bills and submit upon approval, help with monthly and quarterly management reports, prepare and submit invoices for payment and purchase orders, and forward original invoices to accounting for payment.
- Evaluate and choose solutions from established options, recognizing and solving typical and atypical problems in your work area.

- Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need
- A high school diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
- A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your job function.
- The ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
- An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Advanced organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Pay & Benefits
- The minimum salary for the Property Administrator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Property Administrator position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour].
- The compensation yield to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
