Property Adjuster

This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling complex homeowner claims, including creating detailed damage estimates and interpreting policy coverage. The position requires proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis, with prior experience in residential homeowner claims preferred. The role may include mentoring junior staff, recommending process improvements, and building strong relationships with customers and contractors. It does not have supervisory duties. Ideal candidates will possess technical expertise in claims management and negotiation skills. The position offers remote work flexibility, with occasional in-person inspections, and includes licensing bonuses for qualified applicants.
