Property Field Adjuster

About the role

Lead in the Field. Join American Modern Insurance Group, a Munich Re company, as a Property Field Adjuster, where you will manage claims end-to-end and support customers when it matters most.

What You’ll Do

• Own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and determine coverage
• Develop estimates using Cotality Guide
• Policyholders through the claims process with clear communication
• Partner with agents and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes
• Participation in catastrophe duty as needed

What You Bring

• Property claims handling experience
• Estimating platform experience (Xactimate, Cotality, Symbility, etc.)
• Experience with property inspections and damage assessment
• Knowledge of dwelling/mobile home construction
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work in the field, including climbing ladders (40+ lbs)

Pay

The base salary range anticipated for this position is $60,000 - $90,000, plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay.

Schedule

Candidates must be located in or near Delaware or Eastern Maryland area and must have flexibility to complete CAT deployment as needed.
